Our Values

The N.E.S.T. Connection was founded by Jennifer Clymer, a dedicated caregiver, advocate, and healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most complex challenges.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and has built her career on compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to helping others navigate systems that often feel overwhelming and inaccessible.

Her work spans direct care and behavioral health services, where she has supported individuals with developmental disabilities and families navigating autism spectrum disorder. Through this hands-on experience, Jennifer saw firsthand how difficult it can be for individuals to access the resources and support they need.

The inspiration for The N.E.S.T. Connection came from those real-life moments—watching families struggle to find guidance, feeling unheard in critical systems, and lacking consistent support during times of crisis. Jennifer knew there had to be a better way.

She created The N.E.S.T. Connection to serve as a bridge—connecting individuals to resources, advocacy, and personalized support, while empowering them to move forward with confidence and dignity.

Today, Jennifer is especially focused on supporting her community through complex care systems, ensuring they are not alone in the process. Her approach is rooted in respect, trust, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and connected.
