The N.E.S.T. Connection
Empowering vulnerable populations through support, community and education.
I started The N.E.S.T. Connection because I believe no one should feel disconnected, unsupported, or alone—especially as they age. I wanted to create something that bridges the gaps seniors face by providing education, resources, and meaningful human connection.
This is more than a nonprofit—it’s a mission to ensure that every person feels seen, supported, and connected, because that is when they thrive.
A Story of Resilience, Purpose, and Compassion
Growing up, school was never easy for me. I was diagnosed with ADHD at a time when very little was understood about it—especially in girls. Instead of receiving support, I was often labeled as lazy or told I wasn’t trying hard enough. For years, I carried those labels with me, unsure of my own potential.
That changed when I began my college journey. For the first time, I realized what I was truly capable of. I went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with highest honors, and today I am pursuing my MBA at Southern New Hampshire University while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
But my story is more than academics—it is shaped by life experiences that have deeply influenced my purpose. I have faced personal health challenges, experienced loss, and navigated complex systems that often felt overwhelming and unclear. Those moments taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of having support when it matters most.
From Experience to Purpose
Through my work as a caregiver, I have seen firsthand how many seniors struggle with isolation, accessing technology, and navigating healthcare systems. I’ve also seen how even small acts of compassion and guidance can completely change someone’s day—and sometimes their life.
These experiences led me to create The N.E.S.T. Connection.

🌱 The Mission Moving Forward
Through The N.E.S.T. Connection, I am committed to creating programs that empower seniors, support caregivers, and strengthen communities. Whether it’s helping someone learn how to video call their family, navigate a healthcare portal, or simply feel less alone, every effort is rooted in compassion and purpose. This is more than a nonprofit—it’s a mission to ensure that every person feels seen, supported, and connected.
